Our Story
In 2001 Dynamic Heating & Air Conditioning began with just two service trucks and a goal to separate themself from the competition. The plan was a simple one — work hard and assemble a great team. That team, consisting of experienced field Technicians, dedicated customer service representatives and detail oriented Supervisors has now grown to over 35 people.
Dynamic Heating & Air Conditioning is now one of the industry leaders in providing quality maintenance programs for commercial and light industrial facilities. Today, our company is led by one of the original co-founders, a strong Management team and the best team of office staff and service Technicians in the industry.
Dynamic History
2001 Dynamic Founded
Dynamic Heating & Air Conditioning was founded in 2001 with the intent of providing high quality service in the HVAC industry. We began with just two service trucks and a willingness to put in the hard work. We hired our first employee in 2002.
2003 Proving Our Approach
The plan was a simple one — work hard and assemble a great team. That team consisted of experienced field Technicians, dedicated customer service representatives and detail oriented Supervisors. We moved into our first office – 1400 sq. ft.
2013
We moved into our new building – and current office – over 7000 sq ft on a half acre lot. This enabled us to expand our team and fleet. We had over 15 service technicians at this time, each with a fully tooled service vehicle and supported by a growing office team.
2018 Making Changes
Dynamic expanded our business to implement an industry learning Boiler Division. Our Boiler Specialist joined the Team, bringing 30+ years of experience & insight to the table.
2024 Today
With 37 fulltime staff, a fleet of over 25 service vehicles, and a reputation as the leading HVAC and Boiler company in the Edmonton area, the future is looking bright.
